A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this remix of The Flaming Lips and random rap song vocals. The artist: The Kleptones. It works. It works very well, and I cannot stop listening. I’ve thrown two of my favorites up in the flash mp3 player above. Check them out.
In other news, Listen-To will be returning. I’ve decided I don’t want to shelf it that soon, so I better get off my butt and get the redesign going. If you see me sitting around, doing nothing, kick me .. I need to get this going.
I’ve been playing guitar like crazy lately. And by ‘like crazy’, I mean ‘my fingers are raw and callused like never before’… and I love it. Now, we just need to get that band together and practice. 80s and 90s R&B/Pop covers .. here we come. Be afraid; be very afraid.
I’d like to redesign this site one of these days.. any ideas? I’m going to make it so you, the readers, will be able to choose what style to see. I just need any and all ideas .. leave a comment, if you have any.

You could make a couple of themes, then allow the user to pick which one they’d like, and use cookies so their preference would be saved. Plus if you filter some of your traffic from Listen-To here, you could stream some smaller bands(’) songs (or you could just do that on Listen-To. Or form a partnership with another site, one growing is http://www.purevolume.com/ . Just a couple of ideas for you.

Well, the first thing that came to mind is http://unclebob.diaryland.com, where his layout is made so that you can change background colors. so little effort, so much happiness from users.
